Term and Conditions 

By registering for the Epic Creative Retreat you are agreeing to these terms below:

  • Pay a non-refundable retainer of 50% ($1625) upon registration.  With an approved exception your retainer will be transferred to a future workshop of the same kind.
  • Final payment is due by June 15th 2024
  • This is an all-inclusive experience that we’re facilitating for you all, otherwise very costly if booked individually.  As such you agree to tag @alainmartinezstudio, @epicCreativeRetreats and other educators and models in social media posts pertaining to this retreat, and in images posted after it concludes as well.
  • Photographers and Cinematographers have the right to use any content obtained during the retreat for their own commercial use and promotion EXCEPT for promoting a workshop of any kind.  The rights to use any content from this workshop to promote future workshops of ANY kind is exclusively reserved for the host of this workshop Alain Martinez, LLC
  • Attendees understand that Alain Martinez, LLC will provide shared accommodations based on quad-occupancy at a hotel.  If quad-accupancy is not a choice for you then you must make your own hotel accommodations.   Please let us know if that’s the case.
  • Alain Martinez, LLC will provide meals and drinks but we will not cater to specific dietary needs.  If you have any dietary needs of any kind please make your own arrangements for all meals.
  • All attendees shall hold Alain Martinez, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and its respective officers, directors, partners, sponsors, agents and employees, harmless, and indemnify them, from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, actions, claims, judgments, costs and expenses (including all attorney’s fees and out-of-pocket expenses and costs) whatsoever arising from or related to this Portfolio + Workshop experience.
  • The charge will appear as Alain Martinez LLC.  Alain Martinez is the founder of Epic Creative Retreats and thus his parent company will handle the billing.  For any billing questions email contact@alainmartinez.com or fill out the form below.
