Term and Conditions
By registering for the Iceland Destination Creatives Retreat you are agreeing to these terms below:
- First payment $1626, next payment $1625 for a total price of $3250
- Final payment is due June 22nd
- Photographers and Cinematographers have the right to use any content obtained during the workshop for their own commercial use and promotion EXCEPT for promoting a creative retreat of any kind. The rights to use any content from this creative retreat to promote future workshops is reserved ONLY for Epic Creative Retreats.
- Attendees understand that shared housing accommodations will be provided. This will not be your own private or personal house or apartment. Each person will be sharing rooms and amenities.
- Meals and drinks will be provided but we cannot cater to ANY specific dietary restrictions or needs. If you have any dietary restrictions or needs of any kind please make your own arrangements for all meals.
- All attendees shall hold Epic Creative Retreats and its staff, Alain Martinez LLC, its parent, sponsors, agents and employees, harmless, and indemnify them, from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, actions, claims, judgments, costs and expenses (including all attorney’s fees and out-of-pocket expenses and costs) whatsoever arising from or related to this Portfolio + Workshop experience.
